The Menorah Center hosted sessions for the first groups of a new project – “School of insurance agents” organized by the “Supermarket of insurance services” under the guidance of Mariana Geller.
More than twenty people enrolled into the first classes and were divided into two groups. The School’s classes make it possible for the participants to learn the basics of the most popular insurance products within two days of the program, understand their peculiarities, and get the skills of effective sales. The best graduates of the “Supermarket of insurance services” are offered employment, both full-time and as freelancers.
Mariana Geller, Director of the MetLife Menorah Office and the head of the “School”, said the following about this initiative: “The insurance industry in Ukraine in 2015 was booming, due to, inter alia, the unstable political and economic situation in the country. Each citizen of Ukraine realized how fragile life could be, a well as health, family and the right to property. Aiming to protect themselves and their families, many began to conclude contracts for insurance of real estate, cars, and life. Today we understand that insurance products are increasingly in strong demand, and offer the students of the “School of insurance agents” a relevant and useful profession, especially since the “Supermarket of insurance services” has a partnership with the best insurance companies”.
Mariana Geller also reported that they already had announced new groups for the “School of insurance agents” and to register for training one should call them up at +38 (068) 403-48-03.
