The Menorah Center hosted the IV Charity prom

The grand banquet hall called the Menorah Grand Hall of the Menorah Center hosted the IV Charity prom. The main purpose of the event was a charity fundraiser. This year’s participants and guests could collect 10 thousand grivna to help the Ukrainian military. Certificate for funds was transferred to Pavel Khazanov, the chairman of the “Fund for National Defense”.

 

The event was held in the style of the Venetian carnival. The main attributes of the participants were the floor-length dresses, tailcoats and Venetian masks. Two hundred dancing couples performed stately polonaise and refined Viennese waltz on the dance floor. The concert program also included performances by famous regional singers and musical groups.

 

The Charity Ball brought together more than a thousand guests dressed in silks and satins, who enjoyed throughout the evening the program of stilt-walkers and mimes.

 

At the end of the evening, the crowd chose the king and queen: these turned the students of Dnepropetrovsk State Agrarian University Nikita Gavrilov and Vladislava Yakovleva. The newly chosen royalty received valuable gifts together with the right to wear the honorary title for one year.
